Payment

 

Full payment must be received before your order can be shipped.

 

Online payments can be made with all major debit or credit cards and are processed through Wix Payments. Payments will show as Kate Learmouth Art on your statement.  

 

Shipping

Shipping is currently within the UK only by Royal Mail or courier. Your order will be shipped within 2 working days from receipt (although probably sooner), unless otherwise informed. Please let me know if you need anything quickly, and I'll see what I can do to help.

I cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or errors beyond my control. Please ensure your delivery details are complete and correct. 

If you wish to click and collect from Wirksworth, I will email you to arrange an appropriate time or I may be able to deliver when I am out and about. 

 

I use recycled, re-used and/or recyclable packaging where I can.

 

 

Returns 

I hope that you will love what you choose, but if you do want to return anything, please let me know within 14 days of receipt. Postage is non-refundable and return postage will be at your own expense. Responsibility for the item is yours until it is received by me.  Please re-pack in the manner in which it was sent to you and ask for proof of posting. A refund will be processed upon receipt of your returned item(s).

If you receive damaged items, please get in touch as soon as possible.
